Join Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for Cut the Salt, Not the Flavor. Find out what foods are highest in sodium, and learn what measures are being taken to reduce the sodium in our food supply. Explore different herbs and spices that can be used for fresh and flavorful food this spring. No program is complete without sampling a delicious dish from McCaffrey’s Prepared Foods department!
This free program will be held on Thursday, May 18th in the upstairs bistro at the McCaffrey’s Market in Yardley located at the Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road from 10:00 – 11:00. The program will be repeated from 1:30 – 2:30 at the McCaffrey’s Market in Princeton located at the Princeton Shopping Center at 301 N. Harrison Street. This program also be held on Thursday, June 1st from 2:00 – 3:00 at the Blue Bell store located in the Center Square Shopping Center. Amy Shalongo, Catering Director, will be on hand for a cooking demo as well.
