After a long winter, spring is finally here! As we roll into the new season, our diets gradually turn away from hearty soups and stews to lighter pastas and salad dishes. Join Jill Kwasny, Registered Dietitian, and Catering Coordinator, Amy Shalongo, for “Fresh and Healthy Food Ideas for Spring.” This free program will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 in the Café area on Thursday, April 19th at the McCaffrey’s Market in Blue Bell, located at 1301 Skippack Pike. Jill will introduce some new products and provide helpful tips to prepare your pantry for a jump start on healthy spring meals. Amy will entertain us with a cooking demonstration, providing fun and useful information, and creating a beautiful dish for sampling.
