A: Yes! There are many quick-to-prepare, light sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas and fresh salad toppers that can be created from our vast selection of quality deli meats. Turkey and chicken are great cuts of meat that are high in protein and low in calories. Ham is slightly fattier, although a good quality, lean ham is also high in protein and still low in calories.
