Join Amy Shalongo, McCaffrey’s Catering Coordinator and Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for “Eating Seasonal in September.” Jill will focus on seasonal produce and provide wonderful ideas on how to boost your plant intake. Just because Labor Day is in the rearview window doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a beautiful Indian summer with all its bounty. As always, Amy will entertain you with a cooking demo, sharing helpful tips and techniques along with delicious and healthful samples. The class will be held on Thursday, September 5th from 10:15 – 11:15 at the Mccaffrey’s Market in Blue Bell located at 1301 Skippack Pike.
