Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian Jill Kwasny as she welcomes Edward Zulin from California Olive Ranch on Thursday, May 16 as he presents “Lucini Italian Foods: Explore the Flavor.” During this program, Ed will share his expertise about Lucini’s gourmet Italian staples that are available at McCaffrey’s Markets. From award-winning extra virgin olive oils and handcrafted aged vinegars to gourmet organic tomato sauces and artisan vinaigrettes, these products will inspire you to create feasts in your own kitchen. Learn how Lucini vinegars are produced and experience the taste and aroma of a variety of fruit infused balsamic vinegars. Enjoy the delicious vinaigrettes bursting in flavor that can be savored as a dressing or used as a marinade. Celebrate the simple organic ingredients and herbs in Lucini’s fresh tomato sauces that are great to prepare a quick dinner or used for a scrumptious base for an Italian feast.
This program will be held on Thursday, May 16th at the McCaffrey’s Market in Yardley located at the Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road in the upstairs bistro from 10:00 – 11:00 am. The class will be repeated at 1:30 – 2:30 pm, also in the upstairs bistro area, at the McCaffrey’s in Princeton located in the Princeton Shopping Center at 301 N. Harrison Street.
