What payments are accepted online?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and McCaffrey’s e-gift cards.
What do I do if there are items missing from my order?
Call the McCaffrey’s in which you placed your order and customer service will send you an e-gift card for the amount of the missing item(s). https://mccaffreys.com/our-locations/
What do I do if there is an issue with an item (incorrect, not the quality I expected, etc.)?
Return the item to your McCaffrey’s location, in person, and receive a refund for the item.
What McCaffrey’s discounts can be used?
Rewards coupons and any other direct mail or emailed coupons from McCaffrey’s. Veterans and senior discounts are not available online.
Can I add manufacturer coupons to my order?
No, you cannot add coupons that you receive outside of McCaffrey’s Express. You can add digital coupons from within the McCaffrey’s Express website or app.
If I create my cart before new circular prices go into effect but have a pickup date after the new circular prices go into effect, which prices will I receive?
You will receive the prices associated with the circular that is in effect on your pickup date.
If I choose delivery, is McCaffrey’s delivering the groceries?
No, the deliveries will be made by Door Dash. Any issues with the order will be handled by the McCaffrey’s location where the order was placed. https://mccaffreys.com/our-locations/
Is there a minimum purchase for orders?
Minimum is $40. Under that, there is a $15 surcharge.
