Join Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for “Eat This, Not That: Healthy Food Swaps.” This presentation will show you how easy it is to include healthier choices in your diet – without missing a beat. Learn how to trade out sugars, processed foods and saturated fats for more wholesome products and ingredients. Come ready to compare whole foods and packaged foods and discover new products on the store shelves. McCaffrey’s prepared foods manager will also be on hand to whip up a delicious dish for all to sample.

The program will be held on Thursday, April 25th from 10:00- 11:00 at the McCaffrey’s in Yardley located at Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road in the upstairs bistro. The class will be repeated at 1:30 – 2:30, at the McCaffrey’s in West Windsor, also in the upstairs bistro, in the Southfield Retail Center at 355 Princeton Hightstown Road.
