Jill will give you tips and tricks to maintain your cool with quick and tasty food ideas to stay hydrated and healthy during the heat of the summer. Learn how to minimize your time in the kitchen with some summer food prep hacks. As always, sample something delicious from McCaffrey’s Prepared Foods.
