Each issue, our Director of Wine & Spirits, Director of Gourmet Cheese, and one of our Executive Chefs include recipes and pairing suggestions to go with some of the recipes that are running in the features. This season, we’d like to feature a Joel Gott Cabernet Sauvignon which pairs well with Gourmini Gruyere and Rib-Eye for Two with Smoky Rosemary-Lemon Butter on page 51.
