Each issue, our Director of Wine & Spirits, Director of Gourmet Cheese, and one of our Executive Chefs include recipes and pairing suggestions to go with some of the recipes that are running in the features. This season, we’d like to feature Joel Gott Cabernet Sauvignon which pairs well with Rib-Eye for Two with Smoky Rosemary-Lemon Butter on page 16. This California wine opens with dark, concentrated fruit flavors followed by firm tannins on the mid-palate and a long finish. Bon Appétit!
