Covid has had a major impact on the way we purchase food and our eating patterns in general. There were an unimaginable number of supply chain issues, restaurant revamps and lifestyle changes impacting food and nutrition since March 2020. Food trends have evolved in ways that no one could have predicted.
Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian Jill Kwasny for a free and informative nutrition program: “Food Trends for the New Year: What 2023 Brings to the Table.” There is no doubt 2023 will focus on innovation and consumer preferences towards convenience, flavor, sustainability, and health. Be the first to get the heads up on what will be on the menu in coming year. As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques and share a delicious recipe to sample.
The program will be held on Thursday, January 19th at 1:30 – 2:30pm, in the upstairs bistro area at the McCaffrey’s Market in West Windsor in the Southfield Retail Center at 355 Princeton Hightstown Road.
