Lighten Up for Summer

Join McCaffrey’s Food Markets’ Registered Dietitian Jill Kwasny for a fun, informative, and free nutrition event: “Lighten Up for Summer.” Jill will provide summertime meal inspiration and explore warm weather favorites that won’t weigh you down. Learn simple tricks to keep those seasonal favorites both nutritious and delicious. As always, Jill will share menu ideas, cooking techniques, and delicious samples.
The program will be held on:
- Thursday, July 11th at the McCaffrey’s Market in Blue Bell located at 1301 Skippack Pike from 10:00 – 11:00 in the Beer Garden area.
- Thursday, July 25th at McCaffrey’s in Yardley, located at Edgewood Village Shopping Center, 635 Heacock Road, in the upstairs bistro, from 10:00 – 11:00 am.
- Thursday, July 25th at 1:30 – 2:30 pm, in the upstairs bistro area at McCaffrey’s Market in West Windsor, located in the Southfield Retail Center at 335 Princeton Hightstown Road.
