Nutrition Event – Avoiding Summer Dieting Pitfalls – West Windsor

Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for a free and informative program on “Avoiding Summer Dieting Pitfalls.” Learn simple strategies to stay on course as the temperature rises. As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques and share a delicious recipe to sample.
The program will be held on Thursday, July 20th at 1:30 – 2:30pm, in the upstairs bistro area at the McCaffrey’s Market in West Windsor in the Southfield Retail Center at 335 Princeton Hightstown Road.
