Nutrition Event: Charcuterie Boards 101

Join McCaffrey’s Food Market’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, for a fun, informative and free nutrition event featuring Josh Arcaro from Musco Food. Josh, a Corporate Chef and Field Marketing Manager with Musco Food, will present “Charcuterie Boards 101.” This highly interactive program will demonstrate how to build a beautiful, elevated board featuring Musco products that include specialty cheeses, sliced meats, award winning Cipollini onions, Sun-dried peppers and much more. With the holiday season around the corner, a well-planned charcuterie board checks all the boxes. Learn how to balance flavors, textures and colors to create an edible centerpiece that will wow your friends and family. As always, enjoy delicious samples and wonderful conversation.
