Join Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for a free nutrition program on October 13th. Jill will present “Dinner Simplified: One Pot Wonders.” One-pot meals, whether in a crock pot or an Instant Pot, a skillet or a casserole, offer the pleasure of a home cooked meal prepped at your leisure. The bonus of a “one pot” dinner is a nutritious meal, often with leftovers, not to mention minimal clean up. We all remember those dreaded casseroles or favorite stews from our childhood. Reminisce about those dishes you grew up with and see how they have evolved to the healthier versions we enjoy today.
Jill will demo a delicious recipe to sample, discuss cooking techniques and provide tips for one pot dishes.
The program will be held on Thursday, October 13th at the McCaffrey’s Market in Blue Bell located at 1301 Skippack Pike from 10:00am – 11:00am in the Beer Garden area.
