March is National Nutrition Month, a time when The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics promotes the transformative powers of healthy food choices. Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for a free and informative program on “Fueling for the Future.” While consuming a healthful diet is a constant recommendation, what and how we eat continues to evolve. This creates a challenge along with opportunity to promote positive, individualized dietary changes needed for both a healthy mind and body. As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques and share a delicious recipe to sample.
The program will be held on Thursday, March 9th at the McCaffrey’s Market in Blue Bell located at 1301 Skippack Pike from 10:00 – 11:00am in the Beer Garden area.
