Nutrition Event – Fuel for the Future – Yardley

March is National Nutrition Month, a time when The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics promotes the transformative powers of healthy food choices. Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for a free and informative program on “Fueling for the Future.” While consuming a healthful diet is a constant recommendation, what and how we eat continues to evolve. This creates a challenge along with opportunity to promote positive, individualized dietary changes needed for both a healthy mind and body. As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques and share a delicious recipe to sample.

The program will be held on Thursday, March 23 at the McCaffrey’s in Yardley located at Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road in the upstairs bistro from 10:00 – 11:00am.
