Nutrition Event – Portion Sizes Do Matter! – West Windsor

Join McCaffrey’s Food Markets’ Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, for a fun, informative, and free nutrition event: Portion Sizes Do Matter! Don’t get caught off guard this season when faced with holiday feasts or food, in general! Find out the difference between portion size and serving size. You will learn how to become mindful of visual cues that will help you monitor your intake. This helpful nutrition event will make a world of difference as we roll into the holidays and 2024! As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques, and delicious samples.
The program will be held on Thursday, December 14th at 1:30 – 2:30pm, in the upstairs bistro area at the McCaffrey’s Market in West Windsor in the Southfield Retail Center at 335 Princeton Hightstown Road.
