Nutrition Event – Portion Sizes Do Matter! – Yardley

Join McCaffrey’s Food Markets’ Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, for a fun, informative, and free nutrition event: Portion Sizes Do Matter! Don’t get caught off guard this season when faced with holiday feasts or food, in general! Find out the difference between portion size and serving size. You will learn how to become mindful of visual cues that will help you monitor your intake. This helpful nutrition event will make a world of difference as we roll into the holidays and 2024! As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques, and delicious samples.
The program will be held on Thursday, December 14th at the McCaffrey’s in Yardley located at Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road in the upstairs bistro from 10:00 – 11:00 am.
