Nutrition Event – Ready or Not, the Holidays are Coming – West Windsor

Once Labor Day is in the rearview mirror, the holiday season seems to approach at warp speed. Our routine schedules can be disrupted as we prepare for Thanksgiving and the month-long celebrations that follow in December. Whether hosting or attending an event, the one consistent factor is FOOD!
Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny for a fun, informative and free program “Ready or Not, the Holidays are Coming.” Jill will discuss tricks, tips, and tweaks in an effort to stay balanced during the upcoming season. As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques and share a delicious recipe to sample.
The program will be held on Thursday, November 16th at 1:30 – 2:30, in the upstairs bistro area at the McCaffrey’s Market in West Windsor in the Southfield Retail Center at 335 Princeton Hightstown Road.
