Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for a free and informative nutrition program exploring “Superfoods: Facts Versus Fiction.” Jill will discuss what makes a food “super” and offer helpful tips to incorporate these nutrient rich foods into a typical meal plan. As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques, and a delicious recipe to sample.
