Join McCaffrey’s Food Market’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, for a fun, informative and free nutrition event: The New Dietary Guidelines: A Closer Look. Marking a major shift in federal nutrition policy, the new guidelines prioritize high-quality protein, healthy fats, and whole foods while advising against ultra-processed items. With the emphasis on consuming whole “real” foods, explore your dietary intake and determine how you might elevate your diet and overall health.
