Learn how to recognize whole grains and how to identify the proper portion sizes. Find out which grains are complete proteins and which grains are gluten free. Discover easy ways to prepare different whole grains. Jill will demo a delicious recipe to sample, discuss cooking techniques and provide tips for great grain recipes every time.
The class will be held on September 15th from 1:30 – 2:30pm, in the upstairs bistro area, at the McCaffrey’s Market in Princeton, located in the Princeton Shopping Center at 301 N. Harrison Street.
