Unfortunately, this often contributes to unwanted weight gain and other medical issues. Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny for an informative and free nutrition program: The Skinny on Diet Trends. Jill will discuss some of the more popular diets and review the pros and cons of different plans. Use this as an opportunity to get ahead of the curve before it gets ahead of you.
