Join McCaffrey’s Food Market’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, for a fun, informative and free nutrition event: “Enjoying the Holidays with a Healthy Twist.” Discover simple tricks that can create delicious dishes, without the guilt. Explore how seasonings and spices offer flavor and interest without added calories. Learn how to enjoy seasonal foods and still maintain nutritional goals.
As always, Jill will share menu ideas, cooking techniques, and delicious samples.

•Thursday, December 12th at the McCaffrey’s in Yardley located at Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road in the upstairs bistro from 10:00 – 11:00 am.
•Thursday, December 12th at 1:30 – 2:30, in the upstairs bistro area at the McCaffrey’s Market in West Windsor in the Southfield Retail Center at 335 Princeton Hightstown Road
